The 2009 HawaiÊ»i Warriors football team represented the University of HawaiÊ»i at MÄnoa in the 2009 NCAA Division I FBS college football season. They were coached by Greg McMackin, his second season with the Hawaii Warriors as a Head Coach. The Warriors finished the season 6â7 and 3â5 in WAC play.
Sam’s West, Inc. (doing business as Sam’s Club) is an American chain of membership-only retail warehouse clubs owned and operated by Walmart, founded in 1983 and named after Walmart founder Sam Walton. As of 2012[update], Sam’s Club chain serves 47 million U.S. and Puerto Rican members and is the 8th largest U.S. retailer. As of January 31, 2008[update], Sam’s Club ranks second in sales volume among warehouse clubs with 57 billion in sales behind Costco, despite the fact that Sam’s has more retail locations.
Seth Adham Curry (born August 23, 1990) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Erie BayHawks of the NBA Development League. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Curry played collegiately for one year at Liberty University before transferring to Duke. He is the son of former NBA player Dell Curry and the younger brother of current NBA player Stephen Curry.
Lake Travis is a reservoir on the Colorado River in central Texas in the United States. The reservoir was formed in 1942 by the construction of Mansfield Dam on the western edge of Austin, Texas by the Lower Colorado River Authority. Lake Travis has the largest storage capacity of the seven reservoirs known as the Highland Lakes, and stretches 65 miles (105 km) upriver from western Travis County in a highly serpentine course into southern Burnet County to Max Starcke Dam, southwest of the town of Marble Falls. The Pedernales River, a major tributary of the Colorado River, flows into the lake from the southwest in western Travis County. The lake is used for flood control, water supply, electrical power generation and recreation.
Stephanie Jo “Steph” Scully (previously Hoyland) is a fictional character from the Australian soap opera Neighbours, played by Carla Bonner. She made her first screen appearance during the episode that was broadcast on 20 October 1999. Following Bonner’s decision to quit the show after eleven years, Steph departed on 24 November 2010. In November 2012, it was announced that Bonner would be reprising the role for a two month guest stint and Steph returned on 15 April 2013.
American Ninja Warrior is a sports entertainment competition spin-off of the television series Sasuke, in which competitors try to complete a series of obstacle courses of increasing difficulty called “stages”. The series began on December 12, 2009, in Los Angeles, with the top 10 competitors moving on to compete at “Mount Midoriyama”[note 1] in Japan.
