Mock draft is a term used by sports websites and magazines in reference to a simulation of a sports league draft or fantasy sports league’s draft.
The 2005 NFL Draft was the procedure by which National Football League teams selected amateur college football players. It is officially known as the NFL Annual Player Selection Meeting. The draft was held April 23â24, 2005. The league also held an supplemental draft that year, which was held after the regular draft but before the regular season. The draft took place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, New York and was televised for the 26th consecutive year on ESPN and ESPN2. The NFL Draft had been held at Madison Square Garden since 1995, but was moved to the Javits Center in 2005. The draft featured the San Francisco 49ers selecting first overall Alex Smith from the University of Utah. Also 4 Auburn University players were drafted in the first round. Thirty-two compensatory selections were distributed amongst fourteen teams, with the Philadelphia Eagles and the St. Louis Rams garnering the most with four picks each. WildStar is a Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror superhero created by veteran comic book artist Al Gordon. In 1993, WildStar starred in his own miniseries WildStar: Sky Zero, which was written, inked and edited by Gordon, with Jerry Ordway (Superman) contributing the pencils and John Workman doing the lettering. Afterwards, a short-lived ongoing series titled WildStar, was written, inked and edited by Gordon, with Chris Marrinan penciling and John Workman lettering. The Colouring of both series was done by Ruben Rude & Olyoptics. Both series were published by Image Comics and were a part of their second wave. Erik Larsen’s Savage Dragon character made an appearance in the third/fourth issues of the four issue miniseries, WildStar: Sky Zero. The character WildStar also appeared in a few issues of The Savage Dragon, lately as SoulStar.
