Grambling State University (GSU) is a historically black, public, coeducational university, located in Grambling, Louisiana, United States. The university is the home of late head football coach Eddie Robinson, and is listed on the Louisiana African American Heritage Trail. The University is a member-school of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund.
Sweetest Day is a holiday celebrated primarily in the Great Lakes region, and parts of the Northeast United States, on the third Saturday in October. It is described by Retail Confectioners International as an “occasion which offers all of us an opportunity to remember the sick, aged and orphaned, but also friends, relatives and associates whose helpfulness and kindness we have enjoyed.” Sweetest Day has also been referred to as a “concocted promotion” created by the candy industry solely to increase sales of sweets. It is also a day to bestow romantic deeds or expressions.[citation needed]

Casey Austin “Case” Keenum (born February 17, 1988) is an American football quarterback for the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL). Keenum is the NCAA’s all-time leader in total passing yards, touchdowns, and completions. On October 22, 2011, Keenum became the Football Bowl Subdivision’s all-time leader in total offense. On October 27, 2011, Keenum became the all-time leader in total touchdown passes by an FBS quarterback. During that game he threw for nine touchdowns and 534 yards.
