Phillip John “Phil” Costa (born 24 July 1949) is an Australian politician. He was an Australian Labor Party member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 2007 until 2011, representing the electorate of Wollondilly. He served as Minister for Water and Minister for Corrective Services.

The Tour de France (French pronunciation: â[tuÊ dÉ fÊÉÌs]) is an annual multiple stage bicycle race primarily held in France, while also occasionally making passes through nearby countries. The race was first organized in 1903 to increase paper sales for the magazine L’Auto; it is currently run by the Amaury Sport Organisation. The race has been held annually since its first edition in 1903 except for when it was stopped for the two World Wars. As the Tour gained prominence and popularity the race was lengthened and its reach began to extend around the globe. Participation expanded from a primarily French field, as riders from all over the world began to participate in the race each year. The Tour is a UCI World Tour event, which means that the teams that compete in the race are mostly UCI ProTeams, with the exception of the teams that the organizers invite.
Doink the Clown was the name and persona used by professional wrestler Matt Osborne in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) from 1992 to 1996. Since Osborne’s departure from the WWF in late 1993, the character has been played by several wrestlers, primarily on the independent circuit, as well as in sporadic special appearances on WWE (formerly WWF) programming. Osborne died at the age of 55. He was found in his girlfriend’s apartment in Texas on June 28, 2013.

He previously played college basketball for the Michigan Wolverines and declared for the NBA Draft after completing his junior season for the 2012â13 team. He is the son of National Basketball Association All-Star Tim Hardaway. As a high school basketball player, he was a three-time All-City performer for Miami Palmetto High School.
