William Jones, FRS (1675 â 3 July 1749) was a Welsh mathematician, most noted for his proposal for the use of the symbol Ï (the Greek letter pi) to represent the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. He was a close friend of Sir Isaac Newton and Sir Edmund Halley. In November, 1711 he became a Fellow of the Royal Society, and was later its Vice-President.

Putin previously served as President from 2000 to 2008, and as Prime Minister of Russia from 1999 to 2000 and again from 2008 to 2012. During his last term as Prime Minister, he was also the Chairman of United Russia, the ruling party.

The archipelago, which is of volcanic origin, is some 1,750 kilometres (1,090 mi) east of northern Australia, 500 kilometres (310 mi) northeast of New Caledonia, west of Fiji, and southeast of the Solomon Islands, near New Guinea.

Cinderella 2015
Cinderella is a 2015 British-American romantic fantasy film directed by Kenneth Branagh, from a screenplay written by Chris Weitz. Produced by David Barron, Simon Kinberg and Allison Shearmur for Walt Disney Pictures, the story is inspired by the fairy tale Cinderella by Charles Perrault and, although not a direct remake, borrows many elements from Walt Disney’s 1950 animated musical film of the same name. The film stars Lily James in the title role as Ella (“Cinderella”) with Richard Madden as Prince Charming, Cate Blanchett as Lady Tremaine (the Wicked Stepmother), Sophie McShera as Drizella, Holliday Grainger as Anastasia and Helena Bonham Carter as The Fairy Godmother.
Will Ferrell Baseball
Richard Benjamin “Rick” Ferrell (October 12, 1905 â July 27, 1995) was an American professional baseball player, coach, scout and executive. He played for 18 seasons as a catcher, in Major League Baseball, from 1929 to 1947 for the St. Louis Browns, Boston Red Sox and Washington Senators. His brother, Wes Ferrell, was a major league pitcher for 15 seasons, and they were teammates from 1933 to 1937. Following his three seasons in minor league baseball, he appealed to the Commissioner of Baseball to become a free agent, claiming that he was being held in the minors though he deserved promotion. The Commissioner agreed, and he was granted free agency; he signed with the St. Louis Browns.

Darren McFadden (born August 27, 1987) is an American football running back for the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football for the University of Arkansas, and was picked fourth overall by the Oakland Raiders in the 2008 NFL Draft.
