Demetria Dyan McKinney (born August 27, 1979) is an American actress and singer. She is known for her work as Janine Payne in Tyler Perry’s House of Payne (2006-2012). She was nominated for a 2009 National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) Vision Award for Best Performance in a Comedy, in recognition of her work on House of Payne. Demetria is joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta airing on the Bravo Television Network for it’s 7th season (2014).
