Elwood Gordon Gee (born February 2, 1944) is an American academic and former college president. He announced his retirement with effect from July 1st, 2013, in response to controversy relating to a number of comments he made, including anti-Catholic comments, thus ending his second term as the president of Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio; he was previously president from 1990 to 1997.
