Hanley RamÃrez (born December 23, 1983) is a Dominican professional baseball shortstop who is currently a free agent. On November 24, 2014, it was reported that Ramirez came to a 5 year, $90 million agreement with the Boston Red Sox. RamÃrez is a three-time MLB All-Star, and has previously received the NL Rookie of the Year Award. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Boston Red Sox, Florida / Miami Marlins and Los Angeles Dodgers.
