The 2013 NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Tournament will involve 68 teams playing in a single-elimination tournament to determine the national champion of men’s NCAA Division I college basketball. It is scheduled to begin on March 19, 2013 and will conclude with the championship game on April 8 at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. This year will also mark the 75th edition of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament (the actual 75th anniversary will come a year later).[further explanation needed]
